New Exhibitions Thys & de Gruyter and Matt Mullican

De Drie Wijsneuzen van De Panne

At the Venice Biennale, artists Harald Thys & Jos De Gruyter won a prestigious prize with their pavilion 'Mondo Cane'. In Bozar the duo recreated their special installation, populated by dolls. On view until May 24th in Bozar, Brussels.

In MAC's the exhibition 'Representing the Work' opened, a retrospective with work by the American artist Matt Mullican. Until October 18, you can see the highlights of his 40 years long oeuvre. For Beaufort 2009 Mullican made the work Twin Stations, after he became fascinated by the coastal tram during a visit to the coast. His work was purchased by De Lijn and since 2009 has been located at De Lijn's tram depot in De Panne.
